I am so happy to announce another date for a beautiful Cacao Evening which will take place in the magical grounds of St Mary Magdalenes Church, Lanercost.
This will be held on Friday 15th March and will be an opportunity for you to deepen your connection with yourself & the beautiful gift that is Cacao.
You will be guided through by sound. meditation and energy healing.
Cacao is known as the heart opener and also a beautiful superfood + a natural anti-depressant.
At Healing Hikes, we offer a safe space for you to come and just be. To become present and to quiten the mind from the external.
Combining different healing modalities & Cacao allows us to support you in releasing & letting go of what no longer serves you. You will be taken on a meditation and sound journey plus offered hands on healing throughout.
The ceremony is a perfect opportunity for you to come and express your true self.
We will end the event with movement to bring ourselves back in to the present before grounding ourselves through beautiful homemade food, cakes & refreshments.

HEALING HIKES: THE SLEEPOVER
You are invited to join us for an extra special
Healing Hikes as we bring you another beautiful,
The Sleepover
This event will be held in a beautiful location in the Lake District where we will be holding a space for likeminded souls who are looking to come together & grow in their healing.
This event will run over 2 days / 2 night where we will host a Healing Hikes with views over the Lake District, a guided meditation at the top of the fell, Evening Cacao Ceremony & Sound journey, Yoga on the lawn, Evening Firepit & releasing plus more to be announced.
All food & refreshments will be included, 2 x overnight stay within the bunk house / sharing rooms but bed & bedding is provided plus your cacao ceremony, hike, yoga, 1:1 support, card reading and numerology guidance.
Payment plans are available aswell as the early bird price on a limited number of spaces.

As the sun goes down we will host a beautiful Cacao Ceremony within the West barn where you will be guided through meditation, movement, sound & energy healing.
This will be a wonderful meditative healing experience for you that can deepen connection with self aswell as letting go of what no longer serves you.
